Back for my second visit. This time I needed a new windscreen washer pump. While they were sorting that out they also the checked the exhaust for me, happily no leaks, though there may be corrosion on the baffles, which made it sound a bit different. All sorted quickly at reasonable cost. It’s about a year since my first visit when they gave me good service, so I happily returned. Last year I had a problem with my car, it was related to a battery problem. The voltage fell to 6.4 V and the car’s management system. Threw up multiple spurious warnings. The car could not be taken out of park, so couldn’t be moved. Booster charging enabled the car to be started, and put into gear. I took it to Somerset Automotive. When the time came to drive it into the workshop. The gearbox, Automatic, wouldn’t work. They changed the battery and checked the wiring, finding some damaged wires on the loom between the engine and the management system. Then ran tests on the Alternator. And checked that there were no issues causing drainage. A very helpful, friendly team, and reasonably priced.

Great service and helpful staff. MOT’s done promptly and courteously. Always very helpful staff and the latest professional diagnostic equipment saves a long and expensive journey to the Mercedes dealers in Taunton.

Took car for mot. It failed but they were attentive and got it through on the same day. Speedy service.

Been using these guys to keep my 911 991.2 running for a couple of years, recently had them give it a full service, in the past they replaced all suspension springs to lower it and while they were they the realigned the wheels so they didn’t wear oddly, which was awesome. Most recently they replaced one of the turbos on it, which was beyond repair, all registered with Porsche so they have the full history. Cannot rate them high enough, so if you have any worries about them being able to handle a luxury car, if it’s a Porsche (but I’m sure they can handle more makes), you’re in great hands, also the customer service is epic too!

Nick and his team (at both Washford and Williton) have been absolutely brilliant. Their help and advice was second to none and they really helped us out of a situation. I can’t recommend them highly enough, thanks Nick & team!

Since Nick took over this business at Williton, and made Danny “the boss” the service and professionalism has been much to the fore. There is a well qualified young team of chaps ( and one very helpful receptionist) and for a garage, a very nice and happy atmosphere. Well done.
